You work through one area each week, starting with where things stand and where the pressure comes from. Later sections cover time, money, pricing, customers, reputation and creating more room to think. The questions and exercises relate to your own business, so the work becomes a record of decisions rather than another course to watch and forget.

Start with an honest view of your diary, recent jobs and the tasks that follow you home. What repeatedly costs you time? Where does good work fail to bring a worthwhile return? Those are useful starting points for the reset.
